  • Physical Card
    Umami Pass is a physical stamp card issued by UMAMI.
  • How to Earn Stamps
    Present the physical card during checkout. One bowl equals one stamp. Stamps are issued on the same visit only.
  • In-Store Only
    Valid for in-store orders only. Not applicable for delivery, online orders or self pick-up.
  • Redemption
    After collecting 9 stamps, enjoy $8 OFF on your 10th visit. Discount applies to the current transaction only and is not transferable.
  • No Expiry
    The stamp card has no expiry date unless otherwise stated by UMAMI.
  • Missed Stamps
    Please ensure your card is stamped before leaving. Inform our crew immediately if a stamp is missed.
  • Lost or Altered Cards
    Lost, damaged or altered cards may not be accepted for stamping or redemption.
  • Fraud & Misuse
    UMAMI reserves the right to decline stamping or redemption and to declare a card invalid if misuse or tampering is suspected.
