What's the difference between a tray and a bowl?
A tray is a warm, home-style meal with four parts (base, main, hot deli and cold deli), each in its own compartment. A bowl puts romaine lettuce and umami rice together with a main, deli sides, pickles and a house sauce for a fresher, lighter lunch. You can mix both in one order.
Can we mix different items?
Yes. Mix any trays and bowls for lunch, or any wraps for breakfast and tea-time.
Do you cater for dietary needs?
Soulful Tofu is vegetarian, and the Tofu Bowl is meat-free. Tell us about no-beef or no-seafood colleagues in the notes and we'll sort it.
How far ahead should we order?
1 working day. For 50+ trays or sets, at least 2 working days. Breakfast orders close at 3pm the working day before.
Is delivery free?
Yes, for orders of $250 and above per delivery, or anywhere within 500m of One Raffles Place. For other orders, we'll quote the delivery fee on WhatsApp. We deliver to your building lobby.
How do we pay?
PayNow or bank transfer. We'll send the details when we confirm your order.
